Happy Thursday Dave!! This was hard for me to write. But I know I have to be strong for YOU, just like I was strong for my BROTHER. Your Birthday is soon approaching and I must say ARIES SEASON IS HERE!!
I miss you so so so so much, your LAUGH was different from anyone I know. I remember you telling me “Missy your laugh is dramatic” Lol, your Smile my GOD your SMILE was and still will be the best, how HUMBLE you were and QUIET but STILL HAD A VOICE. I respect the LOVE you showed my husband the first time meeting him. Of coarse the LOVE you showed your niece and nephew was unconditional.
Most Special Moments: You came to my 25th Birthday, we left from Aunt Mel’s house Lol.. we all partied hard… well We did and you were the responsible one who took Jamill cousin Drew home who you didn’t know from a can of paint. “BLESS YOUR HEART” Being a groomsman in my wedding was the icing on the cake. You were there on my SPECIAL DAY / Jamill and I’s wedding Day and even lifted me for a picture. Lol Y’all was complaining! Lol I miss you and love you. Your death hit me different. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this pain ( a pain of loosing a sibling) even tho you were my cousin, YOU WERE MY MY LIL BIG BROTHER* I know one day I have to accept you being gone but for now I don’t want to.
Rest Handsomely in Heaven.

David David David, I was there at AEMC the day you were born and I came to the hospital the day you left us. Although our family has suffered many losses, yours hit differently. As I think about why that is, it’s because never, not once and I mean never did you have to be told what to do, you never needed discipline and you NEVER talked back. You were such a pleasant soul. I don’t know where my sister Katt got it from but she had the magic when she raised you. You never got in trouble, never had bad grades and you were never negative. You were a joy to have for a nephew and I’ll never forget you. I want to thank you for giving us Ava Milan. She’s JUST LIKE YOU! I guess you had the magic, too. She’s pleasant, funny and kind, just like you. We will never be the same without you. If there is a Heaven, I know you’re in it! DO IT ALL DAVE! I miss you and I know AEMC misses you as well. That place ain’t the same without DAD! Love you always and forever. Until we meet again….Aunt Melanie

Dave had to wear ear buds at work because he will always be everyone’s favorite friend to catch up with. He was always quick to share a smile or have you laughing at something that should have been stressful. He loved his family. He told me a story about visiting his Pop Pop on his 90th birthday and going to a free lunch if the birthday person could prove it was his birthday, which he couldn’t because he doesn’t carry ID.. He laughed with an infectious sound that absolutely made the work day so much better. He shared stories of his daughter who is the same age as my son, and the puppy, Cocoa, that kept him awake at night. There is nothing Dave wouldn’t do for Ava, for anyone in his family, and for any of his coworkers. He loved loved loved his Mom. To lose a young man who did a lot of good for his community at Einstein is deeply sad. I am so sorry. He lived his life well with respect to others, with no expectations for his quiet generosity, and for the pride he always will have for his family and friends.

I will miss you David Although our teams was rivals Eagles and Cowgirls lol. As a co-worker my husband and I will miss him in many ways. David was very good if not the best at what he did. He provided outstanding support to his coworkers and friends. We worked together at Albert Einstein Tower-7 God Bless You David, Rest in Peace. Please accept my deepest condolences to the family.
