Charles William Jefferson, known to me as “My Charles”. Even though we are all imperfect humans, My Charles was the Kindest, Most Gentle, Loving and Mild Tempered person you could ever meet. He was so giving to others, if he saw that you were in need, he made sure he and his wife would get you what was needed no matter the cost or the time. He always gave from the heart ❤️. That was “My Charles” just a smooth and loving human! Rest well.

Charles W. Jefferson was our fraternity brother from John Bartam High School in southwest Philadelphia, our fraternity, OMEGA PSI KAPPA was formed in 1959. Joining in 1960, he was a life long member in good standing.
Charlie, as we all called him, was well-known to each of us through his uncanny and unexpected humour, and comraderie as we grew into men. We had some GOODTIMES!! . We were the social elite of Bartram High School in those days we were also known as the SPIDIOCHES for collegiate wear to our exciting afterschool parties!! . Charlie' s friends included PATTI LA BELLE, NBA Great, EARL " THE PEARL " MONROE, Hitmaker, EDDIE HOLMAN and myself , his fraternity brother, BOBBY COOK formerly of ' THE FABULOUS BLENOTES featuring HAROLD MELVIN ".
We wish his wife, Linda, well and welcome her to reach us at anytime. We love and miss you Charlie.

It is with a heavy heart that we bid farewell to Charles, whose gentle spirit and warm kindness were apparent from our very first meeting. His loving nature formed the bedrock of his partnership with Linda, my dear friend. In his memory, we shall strive to extend the same courtesy and warmth he bestowed upon us in life. May he find eternal peace.
